Sue is a seasoned veteran with more than 17 years of public relations, marketing, writing and editing experience as well as 10 years of television production experience. Her current and former PR clients encompass a diverse group, including several manufacturers, a national franchisee association, a statewide mental health nonprofit, a regional cancer foundation, a neighborhood museum, and an educational television and family literacy company. Among Sue’s key strengths are strategic planning; media relations; writing, proofreading and editing; organization and continuity; and meticulous attention to detail.
At SpaceAge, Sue manages all PR activities for the agency’s clients. Routine tasks include writing press releases and articles, distributing releases and pitching articles to media, building relationships with key media contacts, tracking and reporting media placements, coordinating tradeshow PR efforts, and originating and maintaining media databases. Sue also contributes to the agency’s marketing and advertising efforts whenever needed. She greatly enjoys the collaborative spirit fostered at SpaceAge, which provides the opportunity for all team members to teach and learn from one another.
When she’s not doing PR, Sue enjoys playing guitar and singing in an original Boston-area rock band and supporting the vibrant local music scene. She’s also an avid Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots fan. She dreams of traveling to Italy and, one day, hopes to publish her first novel and children’s picture book, both of which have been in the works for several years.
